Project Portfolio size peaked at $260m in concurrent projects.Various Regulatory initiatives that were delivered in parallel to FATCA, AML 3 and CRS Business Case.These initiatives were:- CDOT (UK specific initiative)- TYME (South African acquisition)

Group accountability for Program delivery of the Responsible Lending initiative - a ‘time challenged’ regulatory reform initiative. This was complex, rushed and incomplete Regulatory guidance issued by Federal Treasury 9 months before the compliance due date. It also involved initial work with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance (FATCA) initiative.

Group accountability for the development of business solutions and business implementation of the AML/CTF Legislative requirements. This was a significant change to business process and customer experience as it involved the introduction of the ‘Know Your Customer’ account identification process for the first time.

Operational responsibility for National mortgage and unsecured lending operations. This covered multiple sites across Australia with approximately 750 people. Prior to taking on this role the business was fragmented, dysfunctional and struggling under what was referred to internally as ‘meltdown’ – the business collapsed under high volume with associated brand reputation damage.
