I was responsible for scheduling all events at the church, including entertainment, seasonal activities, group meetings, international speakers, and special events. This included staffing the employees and volunteers for the many different needs of each event. I also coordinated the kitchen staff hours and was responsible for the supplies needed when necessary for events that needed food and beverages.
