 Regional business Operations as well as Fleet segment of the company for 50+ partners. Responsible for managing the entire P&L of assigned business in the city. Pivotal in figuring out the right supply strategy for the city, sourcing of new features and AI as well as ascertaining the collection. Driving awareness through online marketing medium to existing customers for upselling. Interacting with sales team to implement new ideas and processes and take up central strategic initiatives.  Spearheading various teams including supply, demand, buying and quality. Evaluating the right business and modernizing a robust procurement team to negotiate best prices for buying the products. Tracking the progress of initiatives in terms of timelines, budget and issues. Cultivating a strong sales team to generate demand. Assigned Operational responsibilities. i) Performance KPIs and visuals on selected product plans for all technologies. ii) Liaise with peers and external vendors to manage delivery planning to agreed priorities. iii)Coordinate content submission for all online and offline channels to deadline, liaising with the iv)product teams to retrieve content and supervising allocation fit to channels. v) Presentation of features of the product based on business model, fleet size and business size. vi)Collate channel visuals and performance updates on a monthly basis, collecting all information and making it available to the extended teams vii)Client relationship Management.
