-Researches, designs, and implements education programming for adults in the following primary areas, but not limited to, completion of the High School Equivalency exam (HiSET) having met and exceeded our grant outcomes during our fiscal year -Improvement of basic skills in reading, math, and writing; post-secondary access and persistence; and digital literacy.-Manage student testing accommodations and HiSET testing accounts, including helping students apply for testing accommodations and signing students up for HiSET tests.-Participate as Martha O’Bryan’s representative in GOAL Collective, the Adult Education collective in Middle Tennessee.-Supports teachers in coaching clients towards their goals.-Oversees community education programming and curriculum needs.-Serves as the Lead Facilitator on the planning and facilitation of community education and provides a catalog of community-based learning opportunities in the arts, literature, culture, enrichment, finance, wellness, digital literacy, and more.-Ensures that community-based learning opportunities happens on a weekly basis.-Builds and refines the learning community design process that centers input from members of the community and provide clear possibilities to meet those needs.-Manages staff and AmeriCorps members, providing supervision, professional development, and performance evaluation in support of achieving program and professional goals.-Manages public outreach for the program including advertising the program, recruiting, and developing partnerships.-Successfully prepared and graduated thirteen adult learners, exceeding our grant goal outcome expectations.
