- Provides quality service to client/partner calls through effective communication of call behaviors and accurate information.
- Resolves client/partner requests the same day, if not during call
- Performs functional transactions (Dollar Transfers, Stop Payments, and account maintenance) accurately and without any monetary errors.
- Logs in all client/partner inquiries received via phone or email providing a detailed description of the client issue/problem, research and action taken for resolution.
- Demonstrates excellent written communication skills, sends out appropriate email responses, complete emails according to schedule provided within 24 hours from the time that email was received and ensures email report.
- Maintains an average quality level of 95% or higher on all Quality Audits
