In 2004, he obtained his Real Estate licenseand worked for Success Realty of South Florida as a Realtor Associate. By 2009, he was a BrokerAssociate and Principal Broker at Wise Realtors LLC in Wynwood, a boutique real estate companyspecializing in both residential and commercial properties.In April 2016, Julio and the Wise Realtors Group joined RelatedISG International Realty, and in 2020 Wise Group evolved and joined EXP realty. With a background in financing and representing buyers, sellers and banks, Julio is a commercial and residential real estate specialist with a deep knowledge of his market.
