As solution architect, now is in charge of more than 10 systems.Daily Work Scope:1.take part in the IT strategy discussion, break down company target into different team, and ensure them implement properly.2.For management team, show some new ideas/concepts, bring in some cross-products conflicts with different alternatives, by organizing monthly architect cycle meeting. 3 timely present best practices and new IT technology in department meeting for all IT associates4.Work closely with business functions/stakeholders to translate business needs to IT requirements, break down them , as well as assign them to proper systems/sub-systems after assignment with internal and external teams.5.Steering the whole lifecycle of solution process, from information/background collection, analysis, assessment, preparation, presentation, internal and external alignment, until finalization phase, along with estimates for all IT projects in BMW SF China Region.6.Ensure the implementation of the architecture specifications concerning architecture and standardization in projects(application and infrastructure projects)7.Responsible for accurate and up-to-date IT applications overview and interfaces with other BMW China legal entities and the relevant headquarter infrastructures supporting business operations in China.8.Lead regional IT landscape maintenance and update, work as communication proxy with local, region and central stakeholders, select suitable master solution and guide project implementation.9.Leading and collaborate with project feature team, business, BA and DEVOPS team to ensure the implementations of IT solution inline with architecture specifications, including but not limited, following the BMW rules of business, hardware, network, security, compliance and etc. Show less
