As one of the PM's in the construction department I am responsible for developing and delivering Wells Fargo ATM projects & Chase New Build ATM Rigging projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations. Supervising, directing & motivating teams of multi-discipline contractors & employees. Responsible for new construction, remodels, swaps, refresh, and remediation projects.

As the Assistant PM I am responsible for the Wells Fargo account for doing site survey's for a new proposed location for the ATM's, construction proposals, locating/ hiring all vendors (electrical/alarm/construction-concrete/flat work), provide SOW, permitting, scheduling / timeline, budget, overseeing projects from start to finish deliverables-close. Working directly with the customer providing timelines for the project along with any changes in schedules or resolving issues / conflicts that may arise. Attending weekly calls with customers going over all projects in the permitting or construction phase.

Work with Sales and PM's to reduce the SNI stock for several projects by reassigning to other orders pending installs, cancel existing orders that will not be installed by year's end 2013 or working with other resources to get orders installed and closed by 12/30/13. Woking with manufacturing to use equipment that has already been manufactured, shipped but not installed before manufacturing more equipment to help eliminate the backlog of existing equipment.

Implement, coordinate and manage product installations. Manage all steps from order visibility, on-time delivery, installation and order closure. • Meet with Project Management team to outline, review and monitor project goals, activities, status, risks and other activities as they relate to assignments.• Coordinate activities to ensure projects are completed on time• Achieve customers’ expected completion date• Work with Resources Advisor on tech assignments to meet customer installations.• Partner with Manufacturing to ensure dates for each install and shipments to the local teams are met.• Maintain project schedule spreadsheet• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality of work and effective communication throughout lifecycle of the order• Confirm all Change Orders are complete and signed off by customer prior to order closure. • Handle all Customer Final Installation Notices: customer confirmation install is complete.

Created shop drawings for installation of Diebold equipment by contractors or Diebold installers.•Worked with architectural/ structural drawings and Diebold equipment specs to create shop drawings for installation. •Leveraged extensive knowledge of Diebold equipment to make recommendations on complex designs to architects, customers and sales.•Worked directly with architects on solutions to meet equipment requirements. •Worked with sales and verified equipment that was sold to the customer was the best to fit the need of the branch
