We've made the phenomenal global success of the Masked Singer since 2018!My job was to manage the distribution, both domestic and worldwide, of the content of MBC. Major domestic partners I'd communicated were 3 Korean telcos, KT, SKT, LGU+, and Cable SOs including CJ Hello Vision, T-Broad, D'Live, etc. We made a successful deal on Dec. 2019 after months of negotiation on the value of TV content provision. And I and my global business team have participated in the major international content markets such as miptv, mipcom, atf, natpe, filmart, tiffcom, and made a great results as the leading broadcasting and TV format company in Korea.

Chinese version "Infinite Challenge", the legendary entertainment variety show in Korea, was the main content we'd produced in Shanghai, and aired on CCTV channel China nationwide. We'd sold its format to Canxing, a production in Shanghai, sent production crew more than 50 people over and completed the successful first season. Moreover, I'd suggested numbers of co-production proposals at those OTT services headquarters in Beijing such as Tencent, Youku, iQIYI, but finally I didn't make a good result because of the restriction against Korean culture in China.

As a Chief Producer of several well-known TV shows such as "I'm a Singer" season 3, "We got married" and "Radio Star", I produced various types of TV program: music, reality and talk show. In addition to that I'd managed a special team building up a new business model while producing "I'm a Singer" and it resulted in a new process maximizing profit through content production.

The media group MBC launched a brand new specialized music channel that is called "MBC Music" in 2012. As a managing director of the channel, I made, with my producers and directors, several music shows such as "Show Champion", "All the K-Pop" and "Music Comic Show". Recently it was renamed to "MBC M" and is one of the major K-pop music channels.

In the beginning of my career as an assistant director, I'd made 13 titles of entertainment programs, such as "Theme Game"(comedy drama), "K-pop Best 50"(music chart show), "Love Studio"(matchmaking show), with my senior colleagues, most of them famous in the Korean broadcasting industry.In 2000 I made a debut as a director with "Music Camp", live music show in the Saturday afternoon, with its average ratings over 15%. After that I'd directed "21st Committee", a variety game show, and over 30 titles of film award ceremonies, studio music shows, and concerts including "Metallica Live in Seoul 2006" until 2010. In 2011, I successfully directed a documentary "Dream of KOICA" shot for a month in Peru as well as 2 phenomenal concerts "Tokyo Legend at Saitama Super Arena in Japan" on 14th May right after The Great East Japan earthquake, "MBC Music Festival" on 31st Dec. at the Speedom in Korea.They say that all the projects I'd directed contributed to the development of directing technique, both concert and award ceremony, in Korea.
