Been working in fields of Administration, Logistics, Procurement and Human Resources, for more than seven years and have delivered on this over the years worked. Having worked with both International and Local Organizations in Nigeria, and have built my capacity in handling various task and making impact in team I worked with both in presently and in past under the administration, Procurement, Logistics and Human Resource support for various activities.With my Administrative, Logistics and Procurement Experience in the Development and Humanitarian work I have built skills to discharge my assigned roles and responsibilities and to address key roles as, General Logistics and Supply chain management tasks which I have been able to do with the use of the developed tracker to ensure that commodity and assets are well accounted, Making arrangement and ensuring that all commodities are been insured as well as the vendors conveying them to various location using the Goods in Transit insurance cover for safety of commodities that are been conveyed to various locations, Developing of route plan as well as detail information of where commodities are expected to be delivered to receiving party to avoid mix ups while delivering as well as accounting for everything delivered to such location using both way bills and Proof of Delivery documents (PODs), Supporting meetings both within the office and with external organizations ensuring that all that is need is been provided which ranges from Venue to fleet arrangement and accommodation where need be. Managing office documents accordingly to ensure they are safe and easily retrievable when need arises ang store them base on classification of been general or confidential documents. The inter personal skill developed 0ver the years have also enabled me to work freely and with people from diverse background and ethnic divide and achieving the overall organizational goals.My various job experience with FCDO(DFID) USAID, UNDP and UNOPS I am equipped for this position, having worked for several years with USAID (DOD), UNDP and UNOPS projects with relevant experiences, equipped me to meet my job responsibility and job deadlines. Been a team player and knowledge of Microsoft packages and other software has been of help in my career which will assist me in meeting up with deadlines and contribute my quota in the organization.I'm also a Voluntary Blood Donor which form part of my extra curriculum, I am a people person who also love travelling and Adventures.
