Human Resource1. Sourcing for short term hire staff2. Sourcing for technical assistant staff for program activities3. Coordinating interviews for field activities.4. Liaising with the regional Human resource on development of contract and TOR for engagement.5. Managing Staff Details and employment Status.6. Tracking Staff Annual Leave and resumption.7. Managing of Short Term Contracts for Consultants engage at the state level.Procurement 1. Sourcing for vendors for provision of services.2. Conducting Sanction Checks on donor before engament.3. Managing Vendor Data Base for easy engagement.4. Negotiate with Vendors to get price for the organization 5. Processing of Procurement through the NAV Software.6. Liaising with finance for Vendor’s payment.7. Monitor Contracts term with vendors.8. Office Set up arrangement and maintenance. Commodity Management1. Management of Commodity in Store.2. Liaising with supply Chain Officer in Commodity Distribution.3. Preparation of Waybills and Delivery documents for commodity.
