This was achieved by re-using underwriting, claims, revenue assurance, reporting/KPI & partner management systems (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, APIs, digital) & skills from Bupa UK and re-using them in Bupa Global, Bupa Hong Kong and Sanitas (Spain) • Aligned C-suite with the vision and scope for Repeatability. Created business case & secured £5m funding• Led creation of the baseline, transitional & target architectures across the business, data, application & infrastructure components. Identified & prioritised work packages as part of migration planning, including required business change activities. Defined requirements in Bupa Global, including process changes, digital portal, data migration, reporting & security/access requirements• Guided the business analysis activities during delivery (Agile(Scrum). Creation of the business case and product strategy for their mobile services. Represented Fantasy League in commercial contract negotiations with UK mobile network operators (Orange UK & Vodafone Group). Led the market research, analysis, specification (UML and use cases), usability studies, build, testing and launch of the WAP and SMS services that complement their existing Web-based products. 2 renewals.

Led the development of a Web and mobile enabled business application for Nerve Wireless Ltd, using a J2EE, Oracle, XML/XSL, WAP and SMS architecture. Led the application development process from beginning to end, including feasibility studies, requirements capture, specification, data modeling, interfacedesign and usability, build and testing on both Web and WAP platforms. UML & RUP used throughout. One of the first re-sellers of the BlackBerry in the UK (in partnership with O2). Fully accountable for this area of the business, from initial market research through to programme delivery. Account and project managed build of intranet for Hertfordshire County Council and other online projects.

Supported the installation and configuration of ‘BSCS’ at Guernsey Telecoms and DutchTone in The Hague (UNIX, Oracle, PL/SQL). On-site systems integration of Billing and CRM systems.

Participated in requirements capture and specification for a new interconnect billing system using SSADM4+. Assisted in support of Business Support Systems (UNIX, PL/SQL).
