Wisla is an executive with over 25 years of experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors, including as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of major global organizations. Today Wisla leads the finance and operations practice at Aspen Leadership Group, and is focused on conducting executive searches for senior operations roles in non-profit organizations, including the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, General Counsel, Chief of Staff, and Chief Strategy Officer, and providing strategic talent management consulting to non-profits.During her career in mission driven organizations, Wisla led with the conviction that creative, expert and nimble operations play a critical role in an organization's ability to achieve its mission.
