As an individual counselor at K&S Consultants, I provide mental health counseling to clients with various issues, such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I have a BA in Psychology from Penn State University, and I have been working in the counseling field for over five years. I use evidence-based and client-centered approaches to help clients achieve their goals and improve their well-being. I am passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and live more fulfilling lives. I have also participated in multiple professional development workshops and trainings to enhance my skills and knowledge. Some of the core competencies that I possess are empathy, communication, problem-solving, and resilience.
