I am Wissam Chidiak, a speech and language therapist with over 23 years of experience.Since graduating in the year 2000, I have dedicated myself to assisting children in enhancing their communication abilities.Being a trilingual speaker fluent in English, French, and Arabic, I offer comprehensive speech and language therapy sessions in these languages.Previously based in Beirut until 2020, I am currently residing in Nigeria, where I am contracting with the American International School of Lagos (AISL) and Pink and Blue Nursery. In addition, I provide consultations at Lycée Français Louis Pasteur de Lagos (LFLP).Operating from my private office located at Funville, Akin Adesola Street, I strongly believe in a Play-based therapy approach that incorporates fun and engagement.I am driven to create an enjoyable atmosphere during every session, as I firmly believe that children learn best when they are having fun.I have further enriched my expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder by attaining certification as an ADOS-2 practitioner from the University College London (UCL).This additional qualification has deepened my understanding and ability to support individuals within the autism spectrum.Helping children enhance their communication skills and unlock their full potential while maintaining an enjoyable experience is not just my profession, but my true passion. It is this passion that motivates me to eagerly jump out of bed in the morning, even on Monday mornings!
