Ayleen is a Business Psychologist who specializes in facilitating individual and group performance for professional development. She uses Business Psychology as a body of knowledge for diagnosing needs, and for designing and conducting programs in people development.She is an Accredited member of the Lumina Learning Global Faculty where she has responsibility for coaching and mentoring Lumina Practitioners under her supervision. She is also the Lumina Learning Partner for Indonesia. In that capacity, she is responsible for the growth of Lumina in Indonesia, the qualification of Lumina Practitioners and the continued development of Indonesian Lumina Practitioners.Before taking the lead as Lumina Partner for Indonesia, Ayleen spent 20 years as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster in London, as a core member of the teaching Faculty for the MSc in Business Psychology course, designing course material, lecturing and supervising research dissertations to completion. She created and led the professional development program for students, incorporating seminars from subject matter experts, sessions on key skills for employability and coordinated workshops for students to practice the design and delivery of their Business Psychology interventions. During her time at Westminster, she also led the mentorship of students through coaching practices, using focused conversation methods as a model for facilitating dialogues and psychometric tools as a frame of reference. Her key subject areas include Individual Differences; Team Working; Conflict Resolution; Facilitated Decision Making; Coaching and Organisational Diagnostics.Ayleen is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist (CPBP) under the Association for Business Psychology (ABP), a Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She is an advisor to the Indonesian Chapter of IAF.Ayleen is an Indonesian Diaspora who supports other fellow Diasporas in various capacities. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Indonesian Diaspora Network - Global (IDN-G) and contributes to the activities of its Education Working Group. She is also a regular contributor to online sessions for Indonesian Migrant Workers. She is an Advisor to Nusantara Innovation Forum (NIF), a platform for Indonesian Diaspora and counterparts in Indonesia; an Advisor to Diaspora Mengajar; and was instrumental in the creation of the Indonesian Student Society at Westminster.
