Task:● Responsible for the development and improvement within the scope of work of Organic Treatment at the Waste4Change Material Recovery Facility.● Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and provide them in customized reports.● Help develop strategic business and marketing by coordinating with other divisions.● Successfully created a calculator calculating all output products contained in organic waste processing, so that users only need to enter the tonnage of waste to be processed.● Successfully created a waste processing business calculation calculator with BSF (Black Soldier Fly). Users simply enter data on organic waste generation, automatically the area requirements, CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, and Gross Profit will be expressed.● Analyze and create monthly reports on managed waste data and sales data for organic output products.● Carry out monitoring and evaluation based on daily input data and coordinate with the operational team.

Tasks:● Collecting and making data-based processing of organic waste using the Open Windrow Composting and Black Soldier Fly methods at the Waste4Change Material Recovery Facility.● Assisting in evaluating and developing organic waste processing systems using the Open Windrow Composting and Black Soldier Fly methods at the Waste4Change Material Recovery Facility.● Revitalizing Open Windrow Composting and BSF Treatment.● RnD processing organic waste using the RBR Composting method.● RnD planting media with the main raw materials for existing organic product output.
