I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for more than 4 years.My experience in the service industry has taught me how to both reach and exceed customer expectations and provide service that they can count on. Moreover, as Education Consultant allows me to have an opportunity coordinate and communicate with people both inside and outside company. I have to communicate with clients to find out what they need and then transfer the message to each function inside company to achieved client’s goal. Therefore,I am also a passionate educational tecnology's master student who loves to design, develop and analysis learning contents.
