In this role, I was responsible for processing and managing deliveries, customer service via email and phone, generating leads for the sales team, all the social media side of the business (including content creation, publishing and growth) and managing all the in house and external systems. I helped grow LinkedIn page from 0 to over 600 followers within 8 months, and suggested new ways to help find new customers. Additionally, I developed a process handbook for new starters and current staff members.During this period, I developed expertise in negotiation, gaining a deep understanding of how to save costs on individual jobs. I also learned more on how to deal with customer enquiries, and becoming more confident in my actions.Working at Banner Logistics allowed me to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where I honed my ability to negotiate.
