Scope of experience:• 5 different instances of CMDB (3 on ServiceNow, 2 on BMC Remedy ITSM)• 2 major CMDB migrations from BMC Remedy ITSM to ServiceNow• 3 different clients (both governmental entities and private companies) with different needs and focus areasResponsibilities including (but not limited to):• Creating and updating Configuration Items (CIs) in CMDB - manually or using bulk uploads• Identifying opportunities for improvements of process KPIs (completeness, accuracy)• Verifying and processing data sent by project managers for inclusion in CMDB with additional focus on billing reporting requirements• Identifying and updating missing attributes in Configuration Items - manually or with assistance of automated alerts• Setting up automated alerts flagging inconsistencies or gaps in CMDB data• Liaising with server and autodiscovery teams ensuring all new deployments are properly scanned during the discovery process• Eliminating duplicate records in CMDB, including the ones created by autodiscovery tool (ADDM)• Gathering and processing data from external vendors, in accordance with SIAM (Service Integration and Management) approach• Participating in Service Introduction / Quality Gates meetings to ensure CMDB will reflect new deployments, migrations and decommissions introduced by IT projects• Reviewing and processing change requests / change tasks to make sure that any relevant updates are captured in CMDB• Creating and updating relationships between hardware and business services (software, applications)• Identifying stale device categories and flagging candidates for retirement to data owners• Managing discrepancies in retired devices, based on autodiscovery reports• Processing tasks passed to Asset and Configuration Management queue• Assisting Incident Management with identifying support groups or contact points for IT hardware and software• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports from CDMB

• Preparing regular (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc reports, mainly in MS Excel• Running client-specific trainings for new joiners

• Providing remote IT support, network troubleshooting, issues resolution implementation, logging tickets in BMC Remedy ITSM, managing e-mail correspondence with the users, Windows XP/7 troubleshooting, basic knowledge of Active Directory

Managing day-to-day operations of Komiksy.com, online comic book store: • Inventory and Fulfillment Management: maintaining accurate inventory levels for all SKUs (in stock, preordered, and reordered), conducting audits for accuracy and to fulfill legal/tax obligations, handling manual and bulk data entry into the system, developing a streamlined process to expedite fulfillment activities, taking into account peculiarities of Direct Market distribution model for US comic books • Purchase/Order Management: placing purchase orders (based on preorders taken, expected sales, regional license limitations and supplier discount levels), evaluating potential new suppliers, analysing contracts, establishing credit terms • IT Management: managing all IT-related services, including web domain and hosting, setting up and updating store management software (osCommerce), handling any technical issues (both internal and external), monitoring service expiration dates and initiate renewals or service switching if needed • Supplier and Supply Chain Management: freight forwarding and consolidating shipments from US, Canada and Europe, dealing with customs office, handling received shipments, reporting discrepancies and damages • Marketing: maintaining a web presence, creating and sending newsletters • Financial Tasks: budgeting, expenses, invoices from suppliers, tax office
