Ms Wiwin Anggraini, has been working in the service industry for more than 10 years in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia. She also founded and runs her own sustainable food business, the vegan project where she is involved in designing, producing, testing, and bringing to market various vegan food products such as the vegan protein balls and vegan burritos. She is also a trainer specialising in hospitality and digital business. She is currently working on her research project focusing on the role of Artificial Intelligence for businesses going digital in customer engagement and digital marketing. She holds qualifications in hospitality and digital business from Singapore. She is also pursuing further studies with the University of London specialising in Marketing.
