I am responsible for all of the Arts activities for the young people that the XLP charity work in secondary schools and the local community across 8 London Boroughs. I then create and provide access to creative development opportunities both in house and through partners including The Royal Albert hall, The RoundHouse, Spotlight, The Big Music Project, The Royal College of Music and ELAM.The heart of this development is the Opportunities Training platform to help young people make the most of opportunities that present themselves to them.I developed a structure using artistic talent development to help teens deal with difficult emotional challenges, which can been in Glitch and Cherry Stories as a means to build the confidence, self worth and employability skills. This resulted in an 85% employment success rate with 75% retention rate after 12 months!I plan and execute all of the youth showcase events across 8 London including the London wide finals at the Mermaid Theatre. I am also part of the events delivery team for the organisation delivering corporate events with Barclays, ICAP, Merchant Tailors, Audio Network. I also hosted, organised entertainment and performed for the Royal couple, HRH Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and prepared 9 young people to talk to them about the difficulties of growing up in London, after which Prince William was quoted as saying "I have heard a lot about this Wizdom, he sounds like a bit of a legend!".

Founding member of MOBO Award nominated pioneering Tru-Skool Hip Hop group, that helped to establish urban Christian music in the UK, pioneered anti youth violence schools tours in London with the Gunz Down Tour which partnered with the Choice FM and XLP.I ran the groups record label Jade-Eye Knight records, executive producing 9 albums including 4 GreenJade and 2 ZionNoiz albums. I also directed 6 music videos, event managed 4 launch parties and a series of club nights.I performed with the band in opening celebrations of the 2004 Olympics in Athens and have opened for Jay-Z as well as touring in Europe and America.

I was employed to set up and establish the administration resources of this 6 weeks rolling drug rehabilitation and stabilisation unit. I created many of the forms, databases and filing systems required to establish the service. I took responsibility for the sourcing of food suppliers and the co-ordination of weekly food orders for our clients and managing budgets. I was also in charge of the petty cash boxes, client rent, banking and financial reporting between the project and head office.I liaised with clients and members of staff for all maintenance issues within the house and responsible for resolving them. In addition to this I regularly escorted clients and collected controlled medication of our clients behalf.My mandate was later expanded into compiling and sending the monthly statistical information for local authorities and government agencies. I also became responsible for the advertising, sourcing and vetting of all client referrals from community and drug agency and heath and safety reporting.

My role was that of a PA to 3 members of the Group Sourcing Management team at the London Head Office of Orange, the mobile phone network. My role included the arranging, booking and co-ordination of national and international travel for the entire team. I have also been involved in the booking of conferencing facilities including Web Ex and Conference & Video calls in London, Bristol and Paris.I provided administration support for the whole Business Support Team, including data filling, report analysis and uploading monthly reports onto the corporate shared websites.I ran a project to register all 200 members of the UK Sourcing team onto the company’s intranet, team mapping website and provided IT support for all registrants through the process. I also performed two corporate studies into the visibility of Group Sourcing on the Orange Intranet and Corporate Social Responsibility of Orange compared to other companies.
