At the Science Centre, the Museum of the Delft University of Technology, I gave educational workshops to primairy and secundairy school students from all over the Netherlands to introduce them to world of technology and science.

We, a team of 16 students of the University of Delft, started in August 2018 with the designing and engineering the newest solar car of the Vattenfall Solar Team, NunaX. The goal was clear, winning the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2019. A 3000 km race across the desert of Australia only on the power of the sun.At the beginning of the year, my role in this team was to find the partners who shared our vision on high-end engineering and sustainability. Together with two other teammates, we created with more than one hunderd companies from all around the world a usefull partnership for both parties. This demanded smart thinking and good managing skills to meet and even exceed the expectations of all our partners.In the second half of the year, my role shifted together with a teammate towards the field of Public Relations. In cooperation with our partners we created the awarness for our project to share the sustainable vision and our spirit. Fast and considered decision making and teamwork were key to deal and provide of the the ever changing situations. Especially during the race, this perfect organized way of teamwork was a must.The most important factor however, was the way we worked as a team. Due to the personality, scrum and coaching sessions, the team came to a point were we could fully rely on eachother every moment of the day.
