I am an entrepreneur who uses deep understanding of business practices, principles, methods, and techniques to inform my professional decisions and bring broader insight to bear on corporate challenges. As a part-time business owner, I find fulfillment in the opportunity to continuously learn and grow.In this role, I oversee operations, finances, administrative management, and project planning including website design and management for this technology consultancy business.

I was a highly dedicated corporate leader with oversight of employee operations training and development. Given progressive responsibilities and rapid promotion from Business Analyst to Client Data Training and Development Resource, and finally an Associate Director role, I proved my deep understanding and knowledge of the field could produce measurable results in productivity and general employee satisfaction. An employee who understands their work is vastly more reliable, confident, and committed to the goals of the organization. My goal in this and every leadership role was to bring out that professional confidence through the establishment of company-wide employee development programs and standardized onboarding experiences to create cohesive learning opportunities across operational departments. One of my proudest achievements at EAB was my contribution to lifting administrative burdens and reducing long processing times by working with technology teams to customize our proprietary client management software to accept client data input. Additionally, my major contribution to staff development was my design and launch of a year-long Competency program with bi-weekly role-specific action items and incorporating Litmos LinkedIn Learning units to address employee engagement and professional development shortcomings. Finally, I was recognized for my leadership when senior management selected me to complete the EAB Emerging Leaders Workshop, a program recognizing and preparing team members for leadership roles within the organization.

I am proud of this 501(c)(3) non-profit I brought to fruition from scratch. My mission was to highlight and share the benefits of a lesser-known veteran benefit offered by the VA. My team grew the site to be the #1 resource for the under-promoted VA benefit. After years cultivating the program, I decided to sell the non-profit and step away from the management role to pursue other opportunities.

I demonstrated 7 years of professional growth at reQuire, where I was recognized time and again for my progress and commitment through promotions from Installation & Training Specialist to Operations Manager, Documentation and Training Specialist, and Product Manager. I administered a new product line with a heavy focus on managing the training and development of internal and external stakeholders. I produced many standard operating documents and designed plans for distributing training across the organization that increased customer satisfaction and positive feedback and reduced support ticketing.One of my strengths in this role was my development of a distance learning program that trained up to 30 employees at a time and ultimately saved the company over $150k by transitioning from an in-person to a virtual environment.

In this postion, I coordinated freight shipments across the entire US and Canada, ensuring timely delivery of critical products utilizing a Just-In-Time methodology. I was also responsible for all activities related to Administration, including invoicing, payroll, government compliance, payables and receivables. Additionally, I reported on direct interaction with customers to secure additional business, as well as how business could be improved.
