I have a wealth of experience in both the construction and agricultural industries. I started my career at retail stores managing outlets and complexes and progressed to regional and national responsibilities. So, I understand the retail and wholesale side of the AG and CE businesses that deliver parts, service, finance and machinery to the end user. Today, I have taken on a new product line - Safety! Working at AEM I am able to work with many manufacturers in the AG and CE industries that concentrate on making our industries safer through improved technology, best practices, guidelines and impacting regulations and standards. I have also had the pleasure to manage 28 people at a agricultural retail dealership. Our parts, service, sales and financing departments have met the wants and needs of our customers by improving their production with high customer satisfactioin. Dealing directly with customers allows me to better understand their business and how we can contribute to their success and understand their needs. I was also very fortunate to gain a wealth of experience as the pricing and program manager for construction and agricultural equipment. The opportunity to work with the entire organization to market a product was quite rewarding and allowed me to work with the engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales departments to deliver a quality product into the hands of our customers. For eight years, the Asset Remarketing Manager position allowed me to develop an asset remarketing department that become a very useful service to our dealers and CNH by selling used construction and agricultural equipment through the internet. Moving over 50,000 units at a value exceeding $2 billion developed another profit center within the the CNH businesses.
