After 40 years in private practice, I’m now retired and focus on helping adjusters and attorneys in orthopedic cases. I have worked with plaintiff’s attorneys, adjusters, defense attorneys, and others involved in administration of medical care. I offer medical record reviews with a report addressing all the above issues. I am available for telephone conference opinions about orthopedic surgery care. I provide rapid response and written review reports. I am licensed in New Mexico and Colorado. I am available for court testimony in New Mexico and Colorado.I have worked with attorneys who call asking if some complication rises to the standard of malpractice in the local community practices.I am certified in ODG by examination. I am certified in HIPAA regulations by examination. I am approved by the New Mexico Work Compensation Administration to perform independent medical examinations at the request of the court. I will serve as an expert witness regarding orthopaedic medical malpractice. My practice for the last 11 years was devoted to treating orthopaedic pain, often from arthritis, especially of the back, shoulder problems, neck pain and workers compensation injuries. Some of these patients became surgery patients later. I can address such care issues before the surgery and well as the indicators for referring the patient for surgery.
