After a rewarding career in Fortune 50 and 500 consumer goods companies with both International and Domestic senior operations management roles, I transferred to automotive and independent consulting with a focus on supplier development and operations leadership, project management, and bringing new products to manufacturing. I enjoy constructing viable business models, deal making, and motivating others to do the same. Building business relations and creating win-win scenarios is a thrill! I thoroughly enjoyed being recruited to lead operations for one of Richard Branson's start-up initiatives Virgin Drinks USA, in which I established relationships with contract manufacturers, packaging and ingredient suppliers, and led the group in product and packaging development as we launched a portfolio of beverage products.Being Bilingual (English/Spanish) has been a great asset in my international assignments and life abroad.
