Commercial and International Mortgage Brokerage• Conduct risk analysis, mitigation, and investment feasibility• Manage all aspects of brokerage business including HR responsibilities, talent acquisition, compliance, procurement, business pipeline management and accounting• Develop business lines to broker commercial loans up to $100MM, including international lending relationships to broker purchase and refinance loans for international properties and projects• Originate commercial and international mortgages and business loans• Compile and process necessary documentation required for submittal, underwriting and closing for commercial, SBA and international loans
