Substantial core and shell expansions (100,000 SF) with in-fills for (7) new OR's, stem cell isolation unit, 797 compounding pharmacy, labs, ICU, clinical space, linear accelerators (Varian Tru Beam) and infusion. Renovations for Tomo Therapy, Hyperthermia, MRI, Kitchen, ICU and clinic space.+Leading the Master Plan Implementation for one of the nations’ leading children’s hospitals in Delaware. Projects include major infrastructure renovations, departmental renovations and new facades. Pure Integrated Project Delivery ( IPD ) delivery methodology for $150MM infrastructure upgrade. 300,000 SF of clinical back fill renovations.+Lead the Renovation of multiple historically significant buildings at the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton University+Lead multiple highly technical healthcare projects including the integration of two campus wide Co-Generation projects, NICU, ICU’s, Pharmacy upgrades, radiology and Imaging.
