William J. Kelley Jr. (“BK), is our Chief Financial Officer. In this role, BK leads our global finance team, overseeing all aspects of our financial planning, with an eye towards ensuring we are making smart, financially sound business decisions, accurately tracking our financial performance, and delivering on required financial record keeping and reporting. In addition, he will have oversight of our newly formed IT team.BK brings more than 30 years of experience in the areas of finance, transformation and strategy. He joins us from Treehouse Foods (NYSE: THS) where he has spent the last six years, most recently as EVP and CFO. A food industry veteran, BK served in executive leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company and The Hillshire Brands Company. He also gained critical experiences at Fortune 500 companies including USG, and PepsiCo. He began his career at Cargill, Inc. and spent time as a consultant at Arthur Andersen. BK is a member of the Board of Directors at Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE: THO) THOR Industries is the sole owner of operating subsidiaries that, combined, represent the world’s largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles.In addition to his broad background, BK brings with him a passion for volunteerism. He is the current Chair of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Children’s Museum and a Board Member with Chicago Youth Centers, a non-profit organization which aims to help children in under-served communities discover and realize their full potential.BK holds a B.A. in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA in Accounting and Strategy from the University of Chicago.A native Chicagoan, BK resides in Arlington Heights, IL, along with his wife Heather, daughter Mckenzie, and son William J.
