Hired as a freelance CNC advisor to install, program, and operate Meiers first CNC router to help their design team more efficiently research, test and fabricate new product lines. Installed a 3-axis 4' x 8' x 1' router from E-z Router running Mach 3 controller and Vectric toolpathing software. CNC was purchased used and came with no instructions or contact with the seller. Also did not include the original PC running it. Install included leveling and troubleshooting of all components both analog and digital. Research and contact with customer support resulted in the machine cutting useful and implemented jigs and molds within 4 days of access to the router.Programed and successfully operated more than 40 designs to re-make their current jigs and molds as well as develop new techniques.Trained another employee on the operation of the equipment including knowledge of feeds and speeds and 3d toolpathing techniques.

In charge of running and maintaining the wood, metal, plastic, 3d printing, CNC, laser cutting and photography labs apart of MSU's Industrial Design Program. Duties include maintaining a safe work environment for over 250 students enrolled in the program including demonstration of proper use of shop tools and equipment. Also act as an advanced manufacturing advisor and operator with experience regularly working with Ultimaker, Zortrax, Ender, Makerbot, Lulzbot, Form 2 & Stratasys 3D printers; along with Epilog laser cutters, Shopbot & Inventables 3 axis CNC routers and an Autometrix fabric cutter. Help students learn to design and make files for each manufacturing technique, modifying files in-front of students to help them learn how to submit proper files for each tool. Manage up to 10 work study students per semester, organizing schedules and training them on specific equipment. Teaching how to safely run a shop environment including how to properly and professionally correct a students technique while using tools. Created and taught the programs first VR lab experience implementing an Oculus Quest with Gravity Sketch.In charge of the research, bidding, purchase, implementation, documentation and maintenance of over $50k worth of digital fabrication equipment, shop tools, inventory and consumables every year. Design, install, maintain, and guide students through using the photo-studio to achieve professional product photography shots, along with being the "in house" videographer to document student exhibitions and work to be edited together for the creation of promotional material and assets.

Worked on 7 off-Broadway shows from 2012 - 2015 including 3 that contributed to Signature Theatre winning the 2014 Tony Award for best regional theater. These productions include "Stop.Reset.", by Regina Taylor, "Kung Fu" by David Henry Wang and "How I Learned What I Learned" by August Wilson, for which I was engaged to Prop Master for its off-Broadway debut. Hired in both the prop and scenic shops as an artisan and carpenter for the Drama, Dance, and Opera departments. Interned in the prop shop for nine months, and was hired back for three years running shows and working in the shop. Worked for the scene shop on load-ins and strikes where sets were assembled and built onstage, then taken apart. Also hired as a stage hand for the Peter J. Sharp Theater to work backstage on operas and dance events.

Worked under Properties Supervisor Kate Dale on over 18 productions in a nine month period for the Drama, Dance, and Opera departments. Involved attending technical rehearsals and running crew for two operas. Tasks included pulling, returning, shopping, transporting, researching, and fabrication of props. Skills of time management and problem solving, as well as creative and resourceful decision making were further developed. Interdepartmental communication skills were used while working closely with many others to achieve a common goal.

Freelance Prop Master and artisan for six projects over two years. Responsibilities included researching, shopping, transporting, customizing, fabricating, painting all props needed for a specific production. Read scripts to determine and create a list of props needed and work within strict budgets. Was part of a team put together to create a cohesive design on stage between set, costumes, lighting and props. Used cloud servers to share ideas and designs with the use of pictures and sketches. Attended weekly production meetings to update director and stage manager on progress and problems. High level of rapid fabrication techniques used to create custom props, as well as reinforce or alter existing ones. Hired as a freelance artisan to help fix broken furniture as part of a community outreach program to encourage people to have their broken items fixed instead of throwing them away. Pop Up Repair sets up a tent in local markets and encourages residents to drop off their broken items. The items are fixed and returned to the market the next week. I repaired more than 15 pieces in one week - everything from a slight chip in a seat, to completely taking apart and re-gluing an armchair.

A start-up media production company started with Dale Thomas Krupla. Co-deceloped the original business model and branding, working as a camera operator, director of photography, technical adviser, editor, and post production effect artist. Work was featured on GQ.com, XOXO's homepage, and WABC Eyewitness News 7 New York.Client List: XOXO, Civilian Military Combine, Amoralists Theater Company, The Bushwick Hotel (Band), 3PTPOP (Fashion), Drive By Press, BEAT Festival (Brooklyn Emerging Artists in Theater), Denim Skin (literary magazine). The mission statement is to record and connect creative professionals through the medium of video; bringing together theatre, film, fashion, music, art, and design to present a behind-the-scene look into the creative process. We hope to inspire, create, and connect the people at the forefront of each industry.

Assisted with backstage and technical jobs for seven productions of "The Nutcracker" and four dance recitals. Jobs included stage manager, assistant prop master, electrics, audio technician, deckhand, and overall technical support for the Artistic Director, Ms. Betty Siebert.

Hired as a student to manage the wood and metal shop, as well as run and maintain a 3D printer and laser cutter. Tasks included overseeing the safety of over 120 students, maintaining machines, selling sheet materials, and advising students on proper use of shop tools and processes to create their projects.

Worked for Quinnipiac University Polling Institute; a nationally known and referenced polling organization. Tasks included talking with people over the phone and encouraging them to complete a survey about political topics in the news.

Hired for three years while a high school student to run and manage all technical responsibilities for over 60 events in the town's Thorp Auditorium. This was managed and coordinated with fellow student Ian Elmer. Tasks included designing, hanging, and focusing of lighting instruments. Installing and equalizing all sound equipment. Operating sound/light boards as well as spot lights. Construction of sets and props. Backstage technical crew. As an upperclassmen managed volunteer students coordinating times to meet and assigning tasks to perform. Worked independently under strict timelines and maintained a professional work ethic throughout the process.

Hired, after being a student for two years, to teach both private and group fencing lessons to children from ages 6-13. Skills included creating lesson plans, critiquing students' technique, creating unique drills for each students improvement, and managing groups of up to 20 in an organized and productive manner.
