The primary role of a Case Manger involved resolving all customer concerns and escalations that needed additional follow-up beyond the customer's initial contact with Customer Service. Communication, sound financial judgement, data metrics reporting, and superior problem solving skills were required to perform this role.

The work I did for the Brain Injury Alliance of Connecticut (BIAC) was extensive in scope. My primary responsibilities included administrating all office operations, BIAC's membership program, volunteer recruitment and supervision, as well as maintaining the integrity of all of the databases utilized by BIAC. This role required superior technological proficiency due to the many systems BIAC utilizes.
