Managed Devon interests in Wells Operated by Others (OBO).Responsible for STACK, SCOOP and MERGE AFE proposals -monitoring budget spending and data.Spending averaged between $150MM and $250MM drilling and completions (DXC). Collaborated with reservoir engineering, drilling and completions to optimize acreage development/maximize profitability in the STACK play including OBO wells. Developed OBO processes for budget forecasting, production, data acquisition and QC.Provided bench marking information and KPI's comparing competitors and worked with continuous improvement team to make recommendations.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Handled South, Central and North Texas production, Oklahoma and consulted on some Louisiana operations.  Focused on conventional Wilcox and Frio sands in South Texas increasing production by optimizing compression facilities, workover recommendations and recompletions  Facilitated the acquisition of 600+ wells and integrated those wells into the WOC portfolio including several horizontal producers. Managed both the field contract employees and company employees during the acquisition. Evaluated and approved software replacement for daily production information. Managed lease operating expenses (LOE) including chemical usage, SWD expense and compression costs.

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

Capital Paving and Grading, Inc. was established in 1988 and has been in business continuously since that time. We are a medium sized company that works in Raleigh and the surrounding area. We operated the company with a high commitment to customer service, honesty and integrity insuring every job was done right, the first time, on time. Capital Paving and Grading, Inc. provided services such as new asphalt and concrete paving and stone base, asphalt overlays, curb and gutter, asphalt patching and repair of existing facilities, utility patching, greenway and golf trails. We also provided supervised grading work, paint stripping and seal coating through reliable subcontractors. Our company worked on projects of many sizes and types and were a Licensed General Contractor (NC License No. 23657).

Ecuador And Bolivia

Supervised all aspects of company operations including 40 office and 200 field employees. Directly managed a staff of five professionals which included the Managers of Legal, Safety and Environmental, Administrative and Accounting, Drilling, and Operations. Increased production in Ecuador from 4500 Barrels of Oil per Day (BOPD) to 7000 BOPD through negotiation with the government on allowables and by improved lift efficiencies. Successfully drilled 2 exploration wells in the Amazon jungle. Interfaced with government officials and negotiated contractual issues for the company  Worked with contractors and suppliers to obtain best value of services. In Bolivia, managed the drilling of high pressure gas wells to 18,000 feet, retrograde gas condensate. Handled the gas processing facilities and electrical generation. Developed Natural Gas customers and contracts for the additional sale of natural gas in Brazil.
