As the first Recruiting hire, I was responsible for building the recruiting infrastructure and onboarding strategies for new hires, including the ATS implementation, process workflows, metrics reporting, interviewer training, employer branding, and hiring process. I've recruited both non technical (finance, sales, IT, business) and specialized technical resources (Anaplan). I have direct experience with high touch director level candidates as well. As part of wearing many hats in a scaling organization, I've led design and implementation of HR policies, identifying training needs, revamping the annual review, promotion process, and retention strategies.

Coordinated the summer associate internship program and fall associate arrivals. Handled attorney arrivals/departures, Lateral recruiting, Attorney CLE requirements, Fall 2L hiring statistics and Attorney training/development sessions. Adept at LawCruit, Micron CE Manager, MCLE PCAM, and Microsoft Excel.

Managed the Experienced Recruiting candidate callback experience from source to finish for the Chicago office across lines of service (Tax, Assurance, Advisory). I also participated in various process improvement projects for the Talent Acquisition team nationally. Adept at Google tools, Brassring, Hirevue and Lotus Notes. Experienced with Smashfly and Yello

Conducted research on warm leads in conjunction with marketing to produce viable candidates for lead programmers. Utilized recruiting tools and techniques (Entelo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searching, Connectifier) to generate cold leads in target areas (Dallas, NY, Chicago) for viable candidates for lead programmers.

Assisted with the planning and execution of all on- and off- campus recruiting (marketing, interviews, and conversion) events for the Chicago Office. Screened advanced degree (JD, PhD, MD, MBA) candidates (1000+) from various schools.. Managed the internship recruitment efforts for first year students at Kellogg School of Management.

KINETIC Program Instructor- I was primarily responsible for the implementation of a poly-ethnic curriculum geared toward empowering youth through popular education, using smart media and other creative teaching tools inside the classroom. I also worked outside the class room in an after school capacity. Preparation of the curriculum included team meetings geared around building facilitation, class management and other skills useful in instructing and curriculum development. Impact Fellows Program Peer - I spent the summer of 2013 working with other college student leaders from campuses across the Midwest to effectively problem solve and organize various problems through advocacy-based policy and leadership skill training. I also spent the latter half (3 weeks) of the summer placed at the Indo-American Center using these skills to help develop and work at the community program.

I helped professional staff gather information and assess the needs of Asian American students on campus. Additionally, I served as a liaison between the Center and Asian American organizations on campus (44+ organizations) while I led outreach for an “Org Council” consisting of the different student leaders (12+ member organizations).In the past, I've planned an annual summer leadership retreat (2012, 2013) to prepare student leaders for the fall and an end of the year banquet (2012, 2013) to celebrate student leaders in the spring.

During my stint as Chair (the highest undergraduate position one can hold within MAASU), I oversaw the day to day task of the Midwest Asian American Student Union nationally. and was directly responsible of any and all needs of the ECC to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors. One of my largest responsibility was to advise the Planning Committee for our Spring Conference (1000+ attendees) at the Ohio State University and our Leadership Retreat Committee at the Miami (OH) University. (300+ attendees). Previously, I managed a planning committee of 13 individuals that were responsible for organizing a regional leadership retreat for approximately 300 students in November 2011. Additionally, I raised over 7000 dollars from over ten companies utilizing a career fair and different sponsorship levels while maintaining relationships with a contact list of over 140 companies specifically in the Midwest.
