Working closely with directors and creative leads Charlotte Harris and Hugo Bugg I have been leading the delivery of a broad range of landscape projects. Our clients range from private individuals for whom we design and deliver unique and beautiful gardens tailored to the client's needs to national institutions such as the RHS and National Trust with whom we are working to create inspiring public landscapes. In every case we are always looking to respond to the character and constraints of each site in developing proposals. My role includes providing design input from concept to technical stages. Production of graphic material for pitches and client presentations as well as technical drawings for the panning and construction processes. I am also responsible for the the day to day running of multiple, concurrent projects working closely with clients, contractors, other design consultants and our own staff. I lead the studio's CAD processes and am a member of the sustainability work group.

Working on a range of landscape projects from assessments through to detailed design for construction requiring a strong understanding of all elements of Landscape Architecture. As well as demonstrating assessment and design skills I am regularly working as part of a multi-disciplinary design team with consultants from other practices requiring good communication skills and organisation. Within the practice my role involves running of projects of increasing size while assisting on large high profile projects, delegating to and mentoring junior staff, exploring procurement opportunities and training of staff in IT programmes.

Assisting the chartered landscape architects within the practice in the completion of a variety of projects from LVIA to landscape schemes for commercial and residential developments and plating design for retirement home gardens.

Part of a mobile team working on a variety of bushland restoration projects. Work carried out involves removing invasive and alien species from existing native vegetation and re-establishing bushland areas through planting.

Aiding experienced professionals with the maintenance and management of the botanical gardens. Experience was gained in turf management, weed management, planting of redesigned areas and the running of events on site.

Assisting in the wholesale of roses and foliage and the production of high quality bouquets through stock management and product preparation
