* Responsible for child service programming and services in multiple states including Florida, , Iowa, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma,Texas and Vermont focusing on five major areas of leadership: Employee Development/Retention, Performance Outcomes, Finance, External Relations, and Growth& Development of new business.* Ensured a focus on quality service delivery in over 30 direct service programs w/annual budget of over $180M.* Worked closely with other Executive Leadership Team members to drive the mission, vision, & values within the organization.* Developed new business opportunities nationally thru organic growth and partnerships with like organizations including, but not limited to Mergers &/or Acquisitions which resulted in over $8.5M (2014) & $17M (2015) of annual growth and impact in several new markets.* Built and maintained relationships with current and future funding sources including federal, state and local governments and foundations.

Responsible for the operation and oversight of over 120 child welfare professionals in 4 Florida counties who provide foster care case management services to youth and families including placement, recruitment and retention of foster parents, adoption services, and family preservation services.Fiscally responsible for 9 million dollar annual budget.Liaison with two Community Based Care organizations to ensure that contracted performance measures are being obtained and quality of service is a priority.Develop community collaborative partnerships with other social service agencies including active participation in local boards and councils as well as partnerships with the local business community.

Oversight of 100 + child welfare staff, program budgets, and the day to day Present operations of the following programs: Dependency Case Management, Supervised Visitation Center, CINS/FINS, Targeted Case Management, Healthy Families, & two emergency shelters (Crisis Nursery & Lilley House)Participate in community boards and councils to ensure the organization works in collaboration with other service providers to ensure quality services for children and families.Coordinate the recruitment, hiring, and retention of employees as well as monitor employee performance and work in conjunction with human resources to ensure that employees are held accountable in their daily duties.Develop new programs and services, write grants and present to funding sources.

Responsible for oversight of daily operations of award winning child welfare agency of 100 employees and an annual budget of 4.5 million dollars. The award winning agency provided dependency, delinquency, and workforce related services.Developed, implemented, and monitored policies and procedures and ensure best practices were in place.Participated in statewide and community boards to promote collaboration with community and statewide organizations.

Managed staff of 22 individuals responsible for agency finances, human resources, payroll, facilities management, contracts, quality improvement, program evaluations and training. Developed, monitored and managed agency budget of approximately 28 million dollars annually. Developed agency wide policy and procedures and ensured consistent practice with internal evaluation efforts and quality improvement processes.Coordinated all Council on Accreditation (COA) efforts for the agency conjunction with senior managers and program managers.

Coordinated continuous quality improvement efforts for all program and contracts maintained by the Division utilizing process management and evaluation of outcomes.Researched best practices and benchmarks throughout the field.Conducted all internal evaluation efforts mandated by Council on Accreditation standards.Facilitated corrective action planning and deployment of team oriented problem solving.
