Headed the animation department at Showtime's Creative Marketing department, leading a team of 5-10 staff and freelance animators delivering consistent high-quality creative. Streamlined technical workflows to increase productivity, managed projects, conducted research and development, and provided technical consulting. Supported the rollout of the new Showtime Brand Refresh by creating editorial and animation tools and documentation to assist with the integration of the new brand across the company. As a core member of the internal brand team, played a key role in managing and maintaining the company's brand identity, collaborating with Showtime's internal teams, partners, and vendors to address emergent matters while upholding the brand's premium quality.

Joined Showtime during a period when the company was striving to enhance its in-house graphics capabilities. Contributed to design and animation work for series and brand marketing campaigns while also developing streamlined workflows and tools to improve processes within the studio. Achieved this by standardizing folder structures, automating redundant tasks, developing custom tools, and building advanced After Effects toolkits to simplify work processes.

Oversaw all technical aspects of these large-scale projects, including supervising multi-day talent shoots in NY and LA, executing and managing campaign assets, and creating previz and content for the live event. Acted as the technical liaison between various project stakeholders, including out-of-home vendors, content creators, music producers, lighting and stage designers, choreographers, and show and screen directors, ensuring all project facets were aligned with the overarching vision.
