I led teams responsible for building B2B payments and procurement experiences for Amazon business customers of all sizes. The experiences included shared wallets, small business credit cards, lines of credit, and invoicing services for over 1.2MM customers.

Design leader responsible for designing, managing, and launching; Amazon Business account management portal, Amazon Business design system (BUI), notifications framework, and customer lifecycle engagement & activation program.

Conducted early user research with customers that allowed us to recognize user pain points and identify opportunities via story maps. Researched site analytics for insights on user patterns in order to make informed design decisions as well as measure results. Collaborated with PM and Dev leadership on product requirements, scope of deliverables, and define measurable usability KPI’s for upcoming sprints. Provided wireframes, hi-fidelity product specs, and create reusable design patterns for common UI framework, iterate with development counterparts. Created functional html prototypes for user testing and to communicate intended user experience. Advocated on behalf of the user and work with development to empathize with the user in order to achieve a more engaging experience.

Responsible for UX direction and design specifications for Dell Fabric Manager(networking software) and PowerBoard (aggregated system monitor ing software).Communicate product definition through vision stories viastoryboards, wireframes, mockups, and low fidelity prototypes.

Led all aspects of design direction for upcoming Lotus Social calendar, IBM Connections community calendars, and Lotus Notes personal calendar. Responsible for vision on how all IBM calendar components will seamlessly integrate. Set product direction, define design requirements, conduct usability test, develop rapid prototypes and conduct competitive evaluations. Collaborate with agile development teams and project management, while creating and managing all UX design specifications within the calendar space

Designed product visions, product themes, and early mobile designs for WEA. Designed the user experience and visual design treatment for the opening product release of this business compliance and reporting software. Researched business strategy maps, corporate reporting, and accountability standards revolving around the Sarbanes Oxley Act. Designed a variety of product components including two data visualization applications designed for tracking and reporting resulting in 2 issued US patents.
