Initial challenge focused on transforming the sales team from a loose group of independent operators into a coordinated and focused group, integrating the security expertise from senior delivery resources and growing the team organically. Managed a delivery team of 35 through 4 direct reports and 4 sales professionals located across the US. Reported directly to CEO.• Replaced ineffective and outdated sales model with a modern sales and sales support engineering team. Increased non-principle related pipeline from < $1M in FY2010 to over $25M in FY2012.• Launched Security-as-a-Service product and oversaw national sales efforts leading to $1.5M in new business and $16M pipeline in 6 months with expansion into two new vertical markets.• Launched and oversaw sales expansion into Public sector through strategic partnerships with established federal and state government players resulting in over $1M in new business and a $15M pipeline• Spearheaded organization wide project status review process to identify and correct off-track and over-budget projects resulting in over $1M in change requests to existing business.
