Buurt Bestuurt is a local governmental organization setup by the Municipality of Rotterdam, which task is to manage collaboration between residents and professionals in order to tackle a top-3 of problems in the neighbourhood.I am one of the committee members that form a link between professionals and residents. Cygnific is one of the biggest Sales & Service Centers of Air France KLM, taking care of their customer contacts. Cygnific serve 19 European countries in 11 languages. Cygnific serves passengers and travel agents on behalf of KLM, Air France and Delta Air Lines.My role was to provide a consistent, adaptive and future-proof technical architecture and framework for ICT projects and operations in order to have current, updated and new ICT systems implemented in a consistent, effective and efficient way.- Standardised LAN infrastucture by phasing out a mixed network with both Token Ring and Ethernet topology. Replaced lacacy ethernet switches with state of the art Ethernet switches.- Defined, palnned and implemented IT technical infrastructure for a new virtual contact centre using Citrix.- Upgraded and expanded the virtual contact centre. Phased out digital telephony and implemented VoIP. - Replaced legacy Linux firewall with a Checkpoint firewall cluster.

Technical Project manager, consultant and technical project support of new IT technical projects, datacommunicationa and LAN WAN connectivity.- I was responsible for managing the delivery of new technical projects and LAN to LAN connectivity requirements for locations primarily within Europe, FSU and the Middle East. The focus for delivery of these projects lied in the areas of: completion of installation according to quality criteria, which are dynamic completion of support documentation compatible with IT support acceptance criteria. - Created the tactical plans and implemented telecommunications and computer systems for Europe including the former East bloc (FSU). - Were the sole planner and system implementer for corporate marketing product tools for European and Middle Eastern customers.- Defined standards, planned, designed and co-ordinated the implementation of LANs for Europe/FSU. and the Middle East.- Planned, implemented and documented the upgrading of Video conference systems.- Performed network and system architecture design functions.- Administered and managed equipment and telecommunication orders.- Supported external customers with Sea-Land supplied Cargo tracking systems. - Developed and set standards and procedures for effective operation of telecommunication networks.
