Leader of the Marine Corps Train the Trainer Schools instructor program. Taught and certified instructors in platform instruction, guided discussion, role-playing, coaching, and case studies. Implemented the Training Input Plan and the Program of Instruction, advising the Operations Officer on course scheduling, feasibility of support for unscheduled events, tracking of student registration and graduation, and identifying fiscal requirements within the group.Provided course administration, instructors and instruction evaluations, and provided technical expertise on instruction in support of the School of Infantry’s new training curriculum which incorporated advanced Small Unit Decision Making techniques.Kept instructors motivated, focused and trained which enabled them to support customers’ requests for additional classes, support the Est Coast Detachment, and support higher headquarters requests to support the Marine Corps Small Unit Decision Makers initiative.
