Developed customizations and new additions to a laboratory information management system (LIMS).Created and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, etc. The remaining server-side development was done on a proprietary platform (SSL). Client-side work included creating and modifying the user interface using JScript and proprietary tools, as well as creating and modifying Crystal Reports.Most projects were done in a Business Analyst/Programmer Analyst pair, where the Programmer Analyst was the solo developer on the project. Responsibilities included developing detailed design plans to meet the customer’s requirements and implementing them, as well as testing and producing various forms of internal documentation.

Designed and developed seating management application for Windows Tablet PC. This solution replaced a previous solution at lower cost, with greater functionality, and with greater reliability.
