At AccessFlow I developed and implemented most of the accounting processes and procedures. During the sale negotiations with INX I was involved with the due diligence of the accounting records as well as transistioning them to INX after the sale. INX management said AccessFlow's records and schedules were the cleanest of all of the companies they had previously acquired.
