• Monitor and supervise the ground handling company to ensure that the SLA is highly performed• Meeting with ground handling company to seek improvement and raise out suggestion and complaint for daily operation issues• Handling daily flight operation in all aspects such as ramp, baggage, landside and airside and load control• Answering phone call enquiry and smooth handling of passenger complaint• Cooperating with outstation and headquarter• Act as key person representing Korean air in the project of outsourcing ground handling services, successfully transfer the ground handling services from self-handling to outsourced ground handling company , Jardine aviation services, in 2013• Represent Korean air to sourcing and negotiating for crew hotel• Setup Services Level Agreement and hold regular meeting with ground handling company• Act as key person in charge of transfer ground handling company from Jardine to HAS in 2017
