I provide consultation to the Onbebridge healthcare client base on a number of areas including health information exchange, interoperability, meaningful use, new product/technology awareness and assessment, vendor/partner opportunities to further client's work, compliance issues such as data use agreements/HITRUST/HIPAA, plus local and national networking to facilitate connections in order to enhance clients’ growth.

In my government focus, I develop and manage our relationships and business lines across the state and federal government sectors. In building these relationships, I look for opportunities in which the Onebridge data and analytics strengths can be brought to our government partners to help further their use and application of data in thoughtful and impactful ways as well as their evolution to become more data-driven cultures.  Focus areas include the knowledge of government procurement, the intersection of policy and technology, strategy development, sales execution, marketing, and on-going coordination with Onebridge product and services development.

In my role as CSO, I help guide the organization into the healthcare market. This entails segmenting a very complex market into targetable paths, developing the go-to-market strategies for each of these sub-segments, sizing each of the new segment, utilizing my network for pipeline development, assisting the internal marketing communications function to determine & create sales and marketing content applicable for each segment, as well as developing & managing a sales pipeline for a specific market myself. Further, the shaping of the company's entry into these new market segments required a deep understanding of complex healthcare economic components such as:- value-based payment structures- A wide variety of CMS programs including shared savings, bundles, episodes, and capitated contracts- Medicaid transformation programs- The intricate balance between state-level Medicaid offices and the managed care organizations they contract with- Knowledge of how the industry is shifting from fee-for-service to value-based care- And finally, the ability to translate all of these dynamics into actionable & measurable sales and market growth plans

Through data science, analytics, and visualization, Perscio assisted our customers in bridging the gap between their data and their strategic business needs in the healthcare arena. I lead Perscio to new and exciting elements of untapping those business insights that lie trapped within that data. We provided data modeling, visualization, and analysis to organizations for them to be able to:- Make assessments and decisions around their healthcare spend- Illustrate if healthcare-related employee programs were having positive or negative impacts on that spend- When positive impact was shown, how could further data interpretation help to continue shaping those programs for further improvement

My role encompases new market selection as well as the development and cultivation of our data partner relationships. Further, I work to secure our new market launch customers and then develop the market to a point at which it can be transitioned to Sales. Additional components to my role include a significant 'voice' in our product evolution and the refinement of Cureatr's value proposition that aligns with ongoing healthcare payment reform.
