A world leader in B2B fashion wholesale, FashionGo, decided to expand their business by launching a new dropshipping app on Shopify called FashionGo Dropshipping. I was hired as the first UX designer on the product planning team to work closely with cross-functional team members to plan, develop, and launch this new application.My work consisted of research, wireframe, design and prototyping for the main product. I was the main designer responsible for the overall design direction, app interactions, and user flow of the interface. I worked as a Freelance design with various independent clients, small businesses, and corporations on their design needs.Provided design solutions for website, mobile, social media, brand identity, marketing and advertisinq, etc. Consulted clients to improve their company's online marketing strategy, SEO, CMS, and digital identity. Offered and created solutions to increase work efficiency and cost-effective way to track & analyze customer data.

Conducted research, interviewed stakeholders, and collaborated with designers and editors to create a new digital experience for Launch Tech USA. Redesigned the company's website (Desktop / iPad / Mobile) to help create a seamless flow through the entire online shopping experience.Created marketing and advertising designs for magazine publications and social media campaigns.

Design and prototyped VR/AR interaction room where people can interact naturally with computers (IBM Watson). Improved Ul and Interaction Design for Human-Scale Immersive Screens. Researched and Designed Big Data Visualizations for various use-case studies. Generated Dialog Diagrams using Draw.io for IBM Watson' Narrative Generating Agent. Conducted User Testing and Heuristic Evaluation to find user's pain points and design an applicable solution.
