As the Marketing Coordinator, I assist the marketing team with the implementation of their annual marketing plans. The specialist will serve as NCAA subject matter expert and liaison for the organization. The specialist will train customers in all educational program activities and assist with developing effective training delivery methods and resources. Specialist provides back-up support for Enrollment and Data Specialist responsibilities.

Specialist performs daily activities supporting enrollment of students in the Catalog and Enrollment Management System (CEMS) including assuring students can begin course in Learning Management System (LMS) and payment is received. Specialist provides customer service support for CEMS and various LMS applications. Specialist responds to informational needs of Educational Programs & Outreach and acted as NCAA SME for organization. Specialist develops and maintains query statements, reports, and lists to respond to informational needs of MVU management and Director of Online Learning and Research via Web Service Tool and Microsoft Office.
