Responsible for the National Offenders Management System (NOMS) project by the Ministry of Justice.Manage a team of case managers and coaches who are responsible for supporting ex-offenders into sustainable jobs, education and a return into society.

To drive and be responsible for the company’s fulfilment of its FND contractual commitments within the Westminster and Camden branch. Deliver agreed performance targets as per the FND contract. Manage the relationship between third party contractors operating within branch premises. Ensure good working relationships with local JCP offices and staff. To facilitate training, coaching and team development in branch. Ensure that all Job Coaches receive regular effective fortnightly caseload reviews. Effective liaison with Account Managers to ensure sufficient supplies of appropriate vacancies are sourced. Attend networking and business meetings as and when required. To contribute to company’s overall strategic development and co-ordinate team development plans in order to ensure that the branch’s targets are met. To identify PR, networking and Marketing opportunities to publicise branch‘s achievement and aiming to raise the profile of overall company’s commitment to employability and customer relationships. Track and manage contract information generating management information and reports as required or time tabled. Maintain Branch Minimum Standards in professionalism, dress, behaviour and teamwork. Ensure that any client complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively. Manage all aspects of branch health, safety and security.
