I created training programs and other learning materials (functional and soft skills) for leadership at the bank's Customer Contact Centres (CCC), approximately 2500 employees. Written, video, instructor-led, and more. I developed a set of process improvements to ensure all new products, policies, and projects are introduced into the various curricula at the CCC.I was the go-to person at the CCC for videos and voice-overs.Major project: soft skills e-learning video series (GoAnimate) with accompanying coaching ideas, discussion guides, and more. Approx. 200 direct learners; learning to be cascaded to their direct reports via videos and individual & group coaching.Focus on Net Promoter System.Completed the Scotiabank Facilitator Training Program February 2017. Other professional development in leadership.

Developed the technical and leadership skills of internal teams through instructor-led training, online courses, and knowledge bases. I was also involved in customer support operations projects which include a learning component.Revamped the quality assurance/advisor feedback process for customer service staff of ~150 to provide a more holistic evaluation for the benefit of the employee and the organization.

Technical and other customer support for Ting, the cutest cellular service provider on Earth, via phone, online chat and email. Also part of the social team working with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and online forums. Developed technical writing skills part-time while moving toward being part of the learning team.
