Heading up the workplace consultancy and design department for Unispace within the UK and Europe. As part of my role I work with large corporate clients to understand organisational and project needs and make recommendations on agile working models which are tailored specifically to each client. Having studied extensively on the psychology of the workplace including demographic research and colour science, I am able to work with staff at all levels to ensure they understand and adjust easily to the new working models. This consultancy leads seamlessly into a full interior design service which translates the consultancy into practical plans.
