I serve as a lead in our infrastructure and cloud training business. I maintain status as a subject matter expert and trainer in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, and end user compute. I work with partners to evaluate and revise draft training solutions as new releases are developed.In addition to delivering certified public courses from training partners AWS, VMware and Nutanix; my responsibilities include developing and implementing live student labs for classes.This role has overlap with the sales and marketing teams. I work with the sales team and clients to provide customized training paths. I develop and present webinars with our marketing team to generate new leads for our services business.

Served as a member of the Education Solutions group as Program Manager and SME for VMware and Nutanix brands. My team grew the underperforming VMware Education line 400% in 2014, 20% in 2015 and 20% growth in 2016. I worked as a brand and technology evangelist supporting both our internal and reseller partner sales teams.

Responsibilities included analyzing and planning of bare metal datacenters to virtualized environments, implementing greenfield server and desktop virtualization projects with knowledge transfer / client training. I also supported business partner sales and technical teams in quantifying the impact of virtualization for their end user clients.Recognized as a technical expert among my peers, I spoke at conferences and “road show” events as part of our lead generation process.

Owner of a technology services company focusing in the small business market. Responsibilities included aspects of finance, sales, service development and marketing, along with solution fulfillment. Responsible for on-site and remote project implementation, managing projects to make milestones, coordinating projects with both management and technical teams. Our major focus was on Linux and infrastructure projects.

Lead in multiple eBusiness engagements, which involved elements of project management, defining roles and responsibilities, project estimation skills, as well as architecture skills. We designed and deployed early B2B and B2C sites for Fortune 1000 companies. Extensive client liaison work and management of challenging projects and situations.
